Un ristorante all you can eat (AYCE) è un tipo di locale commerciale che permette di mangiare una certa quantità di cibo pagando una tariffa fissa.[1] Il concetto è stato introdotto dalla catena Shoney’s nel 1947. Successivamente è stato perfezionato da David Davoudpour.[2]
